The Brut de Noir is a bonbon of dark chocolate (82%) from Peru, filled with a delicious soft, light praline filling and sprinkled with crunchy cacoanibs.
This delicious dark chocolate pralines (82% cocoa) are sweetened with coconut icing sugar. This sugar has a naturally low glycemic index. Coco Flower Sugar suikert more and let us therefore to use "less" sugar in the recipe. Coco Flower Sugar also contains very little fructose (2%), which is healthier than for example Agave syrup (95% fructose) A delicious snack, always 'ready to go', with coffee and a snack.
