The Happy White is made from organic cashews and produced with vegan fermentation and noble mold cultures. The result is a fantastic vegan Camembert alternative in a white noble mold coating with a nutty taste and a pleasantly sour note. On the inside, the Happy White is pleasantly creamy, it literally melts on the tongue.

Enjoy the Happy White from Dr. Mannah’s Vegan Passion simply on its own, on a piece of bread or prepare it the way you might prepare a Camembert. Many recipes are possible! For example, you can also bread it, fry it in a pan and serve it with cranberries. It can be fried wonderfully and also tastes simply delicious as the basis for a vegan burger.
