Spekoek (Indonesian: Spekuk or Lapis Legit, Malaysian Kek Lapis) is an Indian cakes or cake-like treat.

Gingerbread consists of layers in two colors, every now and then. In the original recipe, the dark color is obtained by using brown sugar while the light layers contain refined (white) sugar. Later, other variants were created.
Ingredients:
Flower, maizena, baking powder, white crystal sugar, salt, vanilla flavor, sunflower oil, apple sauce (apple, sugar, Citric acid), soy milk (water, soybean, tricalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, stabilizer E418, vitamin B2, D2), Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, clove, fennel seed, pandan paste (glucose, water, pandan aroma, E102)
Shelf life: 12 days after shipment. Keep in the fridge!
