Preparation:
Simmer in hot vegetable broth for approximately 10-15 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Strain and squeeze out excess liquid with your hands – be careful, it's hot! Then proceed as you would with meat. After cooking, the product will expand to 2-3 times its original weight.
