D'Angelo's pasta is made exclusively using the cold-rolling process. This gentle processing ensures that the tortellini retains most of their nutrients and flavor. When cooked, the tortellini expand to double their size!

The pasta is also shelf-stable outside of the refrigerator and can therefore be stored unrefrigerated for up to 12 months, even without preservatives.
