This delicious peanut sambal is indispensable for many Surinamese dishes and snacks.
Recommended with pitjil, gado gado, satay, banana, BBQ dishes or other tasty dishes.
Ingredients:
Peanut, sugar, salt, tamarind, oil, kentjoer and garlic.
Method of preparation: dissolve this content in 200 ml of boiling water or coconut milk, then stir to a desired thickness on a low heat.​
