Water, pea protein concentrates (25%), shea butter, rapeseed oil, flavourings, stabiliser (methylcellulose), vegetable fibres (inulin, potato, pea, carrot, sugar cane, bamboo, citrus), fruit and vegetable concentrates (carrot, beetroot, apple, paprika, hibiscus), extra virgin olive oil, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), iron and vitamin B12.
May contain traces of soy.

Method of Preparation:
Frying Pan and Barbecue:
Cook the burger in a frying pan over a medium heat for 12 minutes (eight minutes if defrosted)
with a tablespoon of oil, flipping it every two minutes.
For the barbecue, first defrost the burgers, then brush them with oil and grill them, flipping them over regularly for eight minutes.
