Water, soy protein concentrate (25%), rapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flavouring, spices and vitamin B12.

Method of preparation
To maintain the taste and texture of our product, avoid: excessive oil, overcooking, or boiling.

In recipes with liquid, we recommend adding our product after it has been sautéed, and as the last ingredient.

Sauté the Pieces in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes and enjoy them in your salads, wraps, pasta or any of your favorite dishes. In stews, cook them separately and add them as the last ingredient before serving.
