vegetable ice cream.

Ingredients:
dextrose, coconut oil, glucose syrup, salt, modified starch, vanilla extract, natural, vanilla flavouring, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, sodium ferrocyanide, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: carrageenan, guar gum, locust bean gum.

Preparation instructions For the preparation of approximately 1 liter of gelato:
1. Mix the gelato mix with 310 ml boiling hot water
in a saucepan, stir for 1 minute
on low heat.
2. Let the mixture cool and place in the freezer until
half frozen.
3. Beat it with a mixer for 4-6 minutes, until the
volume doubles.
4. Spoon the mixture into a freezer-proof
container or bowl and cool in the freezer for approximately 6 hours.
