Storage:
Upon receipt, always store your Nutty in the refrigerator, between 2°C and 8°C.

To allow them to develop properly, we recommend removing the wrapping paper and placing them uncovered (or lightly covered with parchment paper) on a plate or tray. This allows them to breathe and further develop their flavor and texture.

As the days go by, you'll notice that Nutty becomes firmer and the flavor becomes more intense and deeper. It's part of the natural refining process... and the magic of fermented vegetables.
