Yellow Label Soy sauce is produced from naturally brewed soy sauce directly imported from Asia. This means that the soybeans are fermented and processed into soy sauce via an authentic natural process of several months.

This is a naturally fermented, dark, salty soy sauce (asin). Thanks to the addition of sugar syrup and caramel, this sauce has a deep black color and a richer, syrupy texture compared to lighter varieties.

Ingredients:
Water, salt, soybeans, caramel, sugar, sugar syrup, WHEAT flour, food acid E270, preservative E211.
The soy sauce is naturally fermented and brewed.
