These organic udon noodles are thick wheat noodles, traditionally eaten in Japan. They're steamed instead of fried, making them lighter and lower in fat. Because these udon are pre-cooked, you'll only need a few minutes in the kitchen to whip up a delicious noodle bowl. Gently drain the noodles in water, then stir-fry them with a stir-fry sauce and some vegetables. Or add them to miso soup!
