The Vitamin Supplement VEG 1 was developed directly on the needs of vegans by Dr. Stephen Walsh in England. The product contains in addition to B 12 and folic acid, iodine, vitamin D, selenium, vitamin B and vitamin B 2. 6
This supplement comes in bottles of 180 tablets which is a six month supply for adults.
Directions: One tablet per day for adults. Half a tablet per day for children aged 2-12. Always chew or crush tablets for maximum absorption. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
