🥘 How to use Yumgo's Vegan Omelette Powder Mix?
Omelette, tortilla, or scrambled eggs? The choice is yours with this Yumgo vegan omelette powder mix, which is as perfect as it is practical and easy to use. For hydrating the powder, the brand recommends 7g of powder with 7g of neutral oil and 37g of water to obtain the equivalent of one egg, and 54g of oil with 292g of water for the full sachet, which is equivalent to 8 eggs. Mix the water and powder by hand or with an immersion blender until smooth. For scrambled eggs, cook the mixture in a pan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until cooked. For an omelet, cook the mixture in an oiled pan over medium heat, stirring at the beginning, then cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. You can enhance the mixture with spices (such as kalanamak salt), herbs, vegan cheeses, etc.
