How to make whipped cream: Take Cre Soy straight from the fridge, whip it with your mixer on its highest setting for one minute. Then add a package of cream stiffener, continue whipping until it's got the consistency you like.
Ingredients: Water, sunflower oil*, soy beans* (8 %), corn syrup*, emulsifier: vegetable lecithin, stabilizers: carrageenan and xanthan gum; sea salt, natural flavour, antioxidants: ascorbic acid and natural tocopherol extract.
