Bereidingsinstructie voor de bereiding van circa 1 liter gelato:
1. De gelatomix met 310 ml kokend water mengen in een steelpan, 1 minuut doorroeren op laag vuur.
2. Laat mengsel afkoelen en plaats in vriezer tot half bevroren.
3. Klop het 4-6 minuten met een mixer, tot het volume verdubbelt.
4. Schep het mengsel in een diepvriesbestendige bak of kom en koel ongeveer 6 uur in de
vriezer.
